Free Summer Meals for Kids !! Please keep in mind, meals are “dine in only”, there will be no pick up or take-home meals. Let’s Meet Up and Eat Up !!!

This summer, when school lets out, Mason County Central Food Service,
through the Summer Food Service Program will offer free and nutritious
meals to all children ages 18 years and younger at the following sites:
Serving Days: June 13th through July 29th, 2022.
All Centers closed July 4th,2022.
Serving days are Monday through Friday.

8:15 am until 8:45 am – Breakfast until July 1st, 2022
11:00 am until 12:00 pm - Lunch

Good morning! We would to start this holiday weekend by sending out our congratulations to the MCC Upper Elementary Students' of the Month for May - 3rd grade: Hayden Wright, 4th grade: Emelina Tiles , and 5th grade: Ezequiel Yeck! I would also like to mention the dates of the upcoming grade level end of the year field trips - 3rd grade is going to Lewis' Farms on June 1st, 4th grade will be going to White Pine Village on June 2, and our 5th graders will be going to Ludington State Park on June 8! Tonight is graduation for our seniors! The staff here would like them to know how proud we are of each and every one of them! Congratulations Class of 2022! Texting, gaming, Roblox, Minecraft, TikTok, YouTube. Technology is changing fast, and many of us are struggling to stay one step ahead of our kids and learn everything we can about being online. (Not an easy task when most of them know more about it than we do!)
Join us for a virtual Family Tech Talk presentation with an Internet safety expert from Trend Micro, who will share the latest trends, give advice on how to help your child use the Internet responsibly, and answer parent questions in a Q&A session. The Zoom event will be on Tuesday, May 10th at 8 p.m. Visit the link at the bottom to join the event.
The presentation will discuss what our children are doing online—and how to teach them to be smart, safe, and respectful digital citizens. They’ll also cover privacy and security issues, how to encourage responsible Internet use, and even more.
