Regina Kirwin and MCE are happy to announce the Wellness Center is officially open and fully functioning! The MCE Wellness Center is a school-based health center for youth and young adults aged 5-21 residing in or attending school in Mason County. Our staff is made up of a Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Clinician, and Receptionist. We offer both medical and mental health services.
Our medical services include: well child visits, sports physicals, acute illness and injuries (ear infection, strep throat, sprained ankle, etc), immunizations, and various testing (COVID, Flu, Strep, STD, and pregnancy).
Our mental health services include: mental health assessment and diagnosing, risk assessment, individual and family counseling, trauma assessment and treatment, and trauma and loss groups.
There is zero out of pocket cost for our services. We bill insurance but our grant covers the cost of co-pays, deductibles, and non-insured individuals.
