MCC esports won a hard fought victory against Wayland on Wednesday. The Spartans were trailing 1-2 and came from behind to win the match 3-2! The team was lead by Sophomore Jackson Rosenow who won both of his sets without dropping a single game! MCC esports is now 1-1 on the spring season.

Look at what English 9B read during our second trimester! (These students worked on building their reading stamina by moving from 10 minutes of SSR per day at the start of the trimester to 13 minutes per day at the end of the trimester.) The students read a total of 41,729 pages across 104 books. That’s an increase of 1,304 pages!

Look who swung into Mr. Mounts office to talk about our 33rd Annual Family AfFair. Rumor has it Spiderman will make an appearance on Saturday March 15th at the Family AfFair. You won't want to miss out on the fun. This event will be held at our High School from 10:00am to 2:00pm. There will be many fun and interactive booths for the whole family to enjoy. 🚀🤖 Exciting scenes in Mrs. Quinteros's Spanish class at Mason County Central today! With the support of a grant from Great Lakes Energy, our students merged tech skills with Spanish by programming GoPiGo robots. They mastered commands like "mover adelante" (move forward) and "girar a la derecha" (turn right), and explored basic 'while loops' for smart obstacle avoidance. What a fantastic way to develop both coding and language skills!
